Panel Details (Aluminium)
Round edge panels, 84 /184 mm wide x 15 mm deep x length up to 5 meter. Formed out of 0.50 mm thick (TCT) Aluminium alloy 3S (AA) 3003 fixed on carriers. Panel shall be powder coated on external surface only.
Panel Details (Galvanized Steel)
Round edge panels, 84 / 184 mm wide x 15 mm deep x length up to 5 meter. Formed out of 0.50 mm thick (TCT) Galvanized steel fixed on carriers. Panel shall be powder coated on external surface only.
Perforation Details
- 2mm dia, 5mm Centre to Centre in diagonal Pattern
- 2mm dia, 5mm Centre to Centre in regular Pattern
- 2mm dia, 7mm Centre to Centre in diagonal Pattern
Aluminium Flush Profile of 0.50 mm thick and maximum length up to 2.44mtrs. Will be inserted in 16 mm gap between the panels.
Carrier Details
Carrier, 28 mm wide at the bottom x 43 mm deep formed out of 0.50 mm thick Galvanized steel sheet stove enameled black with protruding ears to hold the panels in a module of 100 / 200 mm
Installation Details
The carrier shall be suspended from slab by 4 mm dia galvanized rod with special height adjustment powder coated clips made out of spring steel at maximum 1.2 to 1.5 meter Centre to centre. The 4mm dia galvanized rod shall be fixed to slab by forming one end “J” shape with roll inserts. The edge profile formed out of G. I. Sheet of the size 18 mm x 20 mm shall be fixed on the perimeter of the walls
