Panel Details (Aluminium)
75 C / 150 C / 225 C Aluminium panel will be 75 mm wide x 15.5 mm deep x 0.5 mm thick with bevel edge, panel length up to 5 mtr. Pre-coated on a continuous paint line. Corrosion resistance Aluminium alloy (AA) 8011-H3 for higher strength. The Panels about each other with a narrow V grove.

75 C / 150 C / 225 C Galvanized Steel panel will be 75 mm wide x 15.5 mm deep x 0.5 mm thick with bevel edge, panel length up to 5 mtr. Pre-coated on a continuous paint line. The Panels about each other with a narrow V grove.
Suspension Detail
The carrier shall be suspended from slab by 4 mm dia galvanized rod with special height adjustment powder coated clips made out of spring steel at maximum 1.2 to 1.5 mtr. Centre to centre. The 4mm dia galvanized rod shall be fixed to slab by forming one end “J” shape with roll inserts.
Carrier Details
Carrier shall be 32 mm wide and 39 mm deep with cut outs to hold panel in module of 75 mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.45 mm thick galvanized steel strip and cut to a standard length of 2.44 mtr. Carrier would be spray painted / stove enameled black. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the module of 75 mm.
Edge Profile Detail
Edge Profile shall be L – Shaped, roll formed out of 0.5 mm galvanized strips with Coil coated / Powder Coated in standard colors.
