Manufacturers Specification for Linear 150 / 200 F Concealed Plain Panel False Ceiling System.
Panel Details (Aluminium)
150 F / 200 F Aluminium plain panel will be of 150 mm wide x 17 mm deep x 0.6 mm thick having length up to 5 mtr. Powder coated on a continuous paint line. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler.
Panel Details (Galvanized Steel)
150 F / 200 F Galvanized steel plain panel will be of 150 mm wide x 17 mm deep x 0.5 mm thick having length up to 5 mtr. Coil coated on a continuous paint line. When two panels are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of panel coupler.
Paint Detail
Panel shall be chromatized for maximum bond between metal and paint, enameled twice under high temperature, one side with full primer and finish coat, the other side (Inner Side) with a primer coating and skin coat on continuous paint line.
Suspension Detail
The carrier would be suspended from the roof / truss by means of 25mm * 25mm Suspension angle with help of GS T Leveler for fine adjustment of height made out of 0.5mm thick Galvanized Steel.
Carrier Details
Panel carrier shall be 34.5 mm wide and 48 mm deep with cut outs to hold panel in module of 150 mm, carrier shall be roll formed out of 0.60 mm thick galvanized steel strip and cut to a standard length of 2.44 mtr. Carrier would be spray painted / stove enameled black. When two or more carriers are to be joined, they shall be joined together by means of carrier coupler and hold them firmly in place while maintaining the module of 150 mm.
Edge Profile Detail
Edge Profile shall be L – Shaped, roll formed out of 0.5 mm galvanized strips with Coil coated / Powder Coated in standard colors.
